Dr. Fakhre, is a Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon who has worked with some of the most respected cosmetic plastic surgeons in the country. He is one of only a small number of plastic surgeons in the Tampa Bay area to be double board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery as well as the American Board of Surgery. In addition to refining his surgical skill and technique during his plastic surgery training, Dr. Fakhre volunteered his time with Operation San Jose and traveled to Guatemala on a cleft lip and palate surgical mission. There he helped deliver plastic surgical care to many cleft lip and palate patients who may have otherwise not had treatment. On the American Board of Plastic Surgery Written Examination, Dr. Fakhre scored at the 99th percentile among all Plastic Surgeons who took the exam, in Plastic Surgery of the Breast. This is the highest score possible.
